The Historical Society of Rockland County proudly announces the return of the ever-popular annual exhibition: The 37th Annual Miniature, Dollhouse & Art Exhibition. The exhibition will showcase the work of miniature artists, fine artists, quilters and dollhouse creators! The exhibition will be curated by Joanne Potanovic.
Among this year’s participating artists and collectors are Sandra Mirque, Carolyn McErlean, Barbara Soloff-Levy, Rosemary Aiello, Ned Harris, Hallie Horning, Tamara Greeman, Lillian Alberti, Deborah Calyo, Mary Jane Sexton,
George Potanovic, Jr. and Caroline Tapley, as well as pieces from the HSRC’s permanent collection. In keeping with this year’s celebration of memories, we have pieces created by and from the collection of Honey & Herb
Soloway.
As this is a fund-raising exhibition, suggested admission will be $7.00 for adults and $3 for members, seniors and children under 12 (children under 3 are free).

RoCA is proud to announce the premier of its very first large scale multisensory video installation by the team of Ginger Andro & Chuck Glicksman entitled Where The Ocean Meets The Shore.
The Emerson Gallery will be completely transformed into a welcome shore side experience in the dead of winter using numerous projectors, mirrors, scents and sounds.
The experience will take several visits to truly appreciate the depth of the installation.

The exhibition runs from January 12 – February 12 with an opening reception and potluck dinner on Sunday, January 22 from 2-5pm. Gallery hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Saturdays and 1-4pm Sundays.

When artists join together, they are capable of great things!
On Sunday, January 22, Postcards From The Edge: An Artistic Fundraiser opens, featuring more than 200 artists whose careers and lives have been touched by RoCA, Rockland’s leading multi arts center located in West Nyack, NY.
Artists have been invited to create artwork using postcard sized boards, using the theme, Postcards From The Edge. The postcard sized artwork will be for sale starting January 22 at 2pm for the affordable price of $50, which will go entirely to RoCA programs to offset challenging cuts in government support.
A Special Potluck meal will be part of the Opening Reception on Sunday, January 22 from 2-5pm. The exhibit runs until February 12. Gallery hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Saturdays and 1-4pm Sundays.
